Wakefield Westgate is the nearest main line station, around 7 miles from YSP. A taxi from the station costs in the region of £14 book online at www.wakefieldcars.com. London King's Cross to Wakefield takes around 2 hours.

GETTING TO LONGSIDE GALLERY
During exhibition times a free minibus shuttle service is in operation between YSP Centre and Longside Gallery. Alternatively, Longside Gallery can be reached by following an attractive walking route (approx. 2km each way). Please note that the route follows an uneven path with uphill stretches and may not be suitable for some visitors. Journey time: approximately 40 minutes each way.
There is no onsite parking at Longside Gallery except for Blue Badge holders.
