Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept the these conditions:

  1. The Arts Council Collection and the Southbank Board Limited (as corporate trustees of SBC) accepts no liabilllity to any person for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained at this website.
  2. The Arts Council Collection and SBC accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information or material accessed through the site.
  3. By logging on, you will be assuming all risks associated with use of the site, including risks of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the site or your access to it.
  4. We are not responsible for the content of any linked sites and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of that linked site.

Night in the Museum at Birmingham Museum Competition - Standard Terms and Conditions
  1. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. 
  2. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Arts Council Collection, and any other companies associated with the competitions.
  3. To enter the competition entrants must send an email containing their full UK postal address, daytime contact phone number and the words NITM giveaway 2016 as the email subject to – or via direct twitter message to the Arts Council Collection account (@A_C_Collection). 
  4. The competition can only entered by submission to the email address specified and the Arts Council Collection Twitter account.
  5. The competition can only be entered once from each email address or Twitter handle submitted.
  6. The competition closes at 12.30PM GMT on 4/12/16 and emails sent after that time will not be entered into the competition.
  7. The prize will be awarded to 1 winners and will consist of : 1 x catalogue for Night in the Museum Ryan Gander Curates the Arts Council Collection.
  8. The winner will be picked at random by Arts Council Collection staff on 5/12/16 and notified shortly afterwards.
  9. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. 
  10. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
  12. No responsibility can be accepted for prizes lost, delayed or corrupted in transit to the winner.
  13. The prizes are as stated in the competition text, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  14. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions.
  15. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  16. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name being used online in post-winning publicity.
  17. Arts Council Collection will not use email addresses submitted for marketing purposes.
  18. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
  19. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
  20. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
