Learning at Longside Gallery

The Arts Council Collection is committed to increasing access to its collections through educational projects and research initiatives. A range of events and seminars accompanies the exhibitions programme to encourage a new generation of scholars and curators to work with the sculpture collection. We have a study room with a growing selection of books and resources relating to sculpture, which is available to individuals and students by prior appointment.

Between exhibitions, Longside Gallery is also used for a range of educational and outreach activities, including regular study days exploring specific themes and holdings.
